New Headquarters for SIAC Holding in the new administrative capital. 

Mega Build was recently awarded the contract for design management and construction supervision for SIAC Holding new headquarters in the new administrative capital.

Developing a fully integrated Office Park  project  in Dream Land with a total built up area of 115,000 sq.m.

Commercial International Bank CIB) is one of the largest banks operating in Egypt. The bank owns and rents ten floors in the Nile Tower building as a head office. The bank is renovating its floors according to the annual plan and schedule to achieve its future expansion.

The Commercial international Bank (CIB) is the largest private bank operating in Egypt. The CIB had renovations managed by Mega Build in  34 branches all over Egypt. The renovations aimed at giving the bank a unique modernized look that matches with its current leading position in the market.

Blom bank intents to develop an office building to be the bank headquarter that is located at El Dokki - Giza .Mega Build in association with Serry Design & Concept assigned as the PM for the project.

BLOM Bank is a private bank operating in Egypt. Mega Build managed the face lift of BLOM bank's facades in  12 branches all over Egypt to give the bank a new modernized look that matches with its current leading position in the market.

Remodeling of the old privatized company ETC to match hi-tech look and providing all required

meeting rooms and computer networks and facilities elements.
